F1 in Schools is a multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of students aged 9 to 19 use Computer Aided Design (CAD) Software to design and model their very own Formula One model cars. The cars will be fabricated using Balsa wood on Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines. Students will then race their creations on purpose-built race tracks powered by compression CO2 gas canisters.

The competition is both challenging and intense. Through this competition, we hope to bring out the best in students in applying their knowledge of Design & Technology, IT applications, aerodynamics, energy conversions and propulsion system.
